* As Bronze package plus;
*  View potential properties
*  Further shortlist properties of interest and provide photographic or video record (subject to the sellers' consent) taking note of nearby potential development, noise pollution etc.
*  Provide basic area specifics including location of both state and independent schools, transport links, city, town, village information on shopping, recreation and leisure facilities.
*  Arrange a viewing schedule and accompany viewings (if required).

£500 Gold package
+ 1% success fee payable on completion of sale

 As Silver package plus;
*  Provide in depth area specifics including area maps, local services and amenities.
*  Research of schools, entertainment and leisure facilities and detailed transport links.
*  Your own individual search for whatever is important to you from anything from school bus services to the perfect Sunday lunch venue.
*  Negotiate with the vendors (estate agent and private) to agree on purchase price.
*  Instruct solicitors (if required).
*  Arrange removal quotes (if required).
*  Supply a countdown checklist of everything that needs to be done prior and up to move date including a list of contacts which need to be notified.
*  Accommodation location and booking (if required).
*  Provide comprehensive list of local tradesmen including plumbers, gardeners, carpet fitters etc.
*  Obtain local tradesmen quotes (if necessary).
*  Supply lists of all the utilities in the area along with telephone numbers and address.
*  Provide comprehensive list of local council facilities and relevant telephone numbers
*  Obtain house cleaning quote before moving in (if necessary).

Rental package £150 valid for 3 months
