We are Maggie Lynch and Sally Baird
and we are passionate about properties, big or small we love
them all.
We have spent hours...days...weeks...trawling through estate
agents, local press and websites to find our own perfect properties,
we know how time consuming this is and when you are trying to
juggle your work schedule, family life and busy lifestyle its
not always easy.
With backgrounds in public relations in various parts of the
country we are both married with children and now settled in
East Yorkshire which is Sally's home county.
Neither of us are estate agents and we will not actively sell
you a particular property but we will act on your behalf whereas
the estate agent is acting on behalf of the seller.
Finding the perfect property can be tedious. We have spent relentless
hours for both family and for busy friends in trying to locate
the elusive house and came to the conclusion that we could also
help others with their legwork. |

From experience, we have been in countless situations whereby we have wasted
precious time viewing properties to find out that what wasn't
said on the particulars would have been more relevant than
what was. For example if your specification requires a large
garden then you do not want to waste your time viewing a property
with a "reasonable" garden that ends up being a
the size of a postage stamp.
Nor do you want to waste time viewing properties that have
a train line running at the bottom of the garden, unless,
of course you love trains!
There are countless scenarios that we could explore for you
and whilst none of them may be a problem in themselves, prior
knowledge of them assists in making an informed decision on
whether or not to view ultimately eliminating the wastage
of valuable time.
